Make these with 5 simple ingredients!
Ingredients:
(makes about 32 balls)
200g almonds
400g dates (seedless)
4 tablespoons cacao powder
2.5 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
Method:
Add almonds in the food blender and process until well crushed.
Add date and olive oil - pulse until fully mixed.
Add peanut butter and cacao, mix well until well combined and formed into a unified dough.
Take a tablespoon of the dough and roll into a ball
Store in the refrigerator.
*If the mixture is crumbly or too hard, add a little bit of olive oil, process and check it again.
