Ingredients:
500g ground chicken
100g finely chopped mushrooms
100g finely chopped carrots
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
2 tsp rice flour (optional for thickening)
Lettuce leaves, for serving
Instructions:
Cook the Chicken: In a large pan, cook the ground chicken until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables: In the same pan, sauté mushrooms, carrots, onion, garlic, and ginger until softened and fragrant.
Combine: Add the cooked chicken back into the pan with the vegetables.
Add Sauce Ingredients: Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and lime juice. Stir well to combine.
Optional Thickening: If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix in the rice flour and cook until the desired consistency is reached.
Serve: Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and enjoy as wraps.
