Chocolate chunk banana brownie

Of course, there are times we all crave something sweet, and of course, sometimes we deserve to have it! It's always essential, however, to know what you put into your body, so I always prefer to make something fresh at home!
And here it is, a favourite cheat snack, easy to make, using just a few staple ingredients from your kitchen - Chocolate Chunk Banana Brownie.

INGREDIENTS:
4-5 (300g) ripe bananas
1 egg
113g unsalted butter
48g granulated sugar
64g brown sugar
200g all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped dark chocolate
METHOD:
WET INGREDIENTS
Melt butter in a small bowl and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the bananas and mash them well.
Add in the melted butter, and whisk together until fully combined.
Add the granulated and brown sugar and mix well until smooth.
Add the egg and vanilla extract.
Mix everything well.
DRY INGREDIENTS:
In the same bowl add flour, salt and baking powder. This time use a large spoon to slowly combine the ingredients together.
Once the mixture is half combined, add the dark chocolate.
Slowly fold in the chocolate until just combined. DO NOT overmix!
Line a pan with baking sheet (or use a silicone pan) and pour your mixture in.
Bake for 35-45 minutes depending on the size of the pan.
When ready, the brownie's edges should be golden brown.
Allow to cool COMPLETELY before slicing.
Cut into portion sizes and ENJOY!
