Home-made nut butter recipe.

Simple, cost-effective and delicious.


All you need:

1. Raw nuts or seeds of choice

2. A food processor

3. An oven


Follow the steps below to make your own nut butter in less than 20 minutes!



Step 1: Place the nuts in a 170°C preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2: Allow nuts to cool - they should be a bit warm for processing.

Step 3*: Remove most of the skin by wiping off with a towel

Step 4: Add to food processor for about 5-10 minutes or until creamy.

Step 5: Move to a jar, store and enjoy!


*This step does not apply to all nuts
