  • pinch of sea salt

  • 2 large eggs

  • 150g nonfat Greek yogurt

  2. Incorporate the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Do not over mix! Allow the batter to rest for about 5 minutes to achieve the fluffiest pancakes.

  4. Heat a large pan over medium heat and grease with olive oil.

  5. Measure around 50g of batter (1/4 cup) for each pancake.

  6. Cook each pancake for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are beautifully golden brown on both sides.
